ST. MARY’S ONLINE GIVING

We ask that you please consider making your weekly donations online.  St. Mary’s relies on, and appreciates, your continued support throughout the entire year. Contributions can be made easily using your credit card or bank account.

Online giving costs you nothing and proves many advantages to both you and St. Mary’s.  For your convenience, Offertory slips are at the entrance of the church for parishioners who are making their weekly offertory by online giving. www.stmaryshanover.com

SNOWSTORMS

When there is a snowstorm and school is cancelled in Hanover, there will be no 7:30AM daily Mass.  It simply is not safe for parishioners to be on the roads.  If there is an intention, it will be moved to the next available weekday Mass.  BCTV televises daily Mass which makes for a wonderful alternative on these infrequent occasions. Thanks for your understanding.

ST MARY’S CALENDARS FOR 2012

St. Mary’s has our own Calendar for 2012. This special calendar lists parish events, holydays of obligation and each month there are pictures of St. Mary’s parish activities.  Calendars are available as you leave church today, please take one.  If you would like to be entered into a monthly drawing for $200.00, (first drawing will take place this Sunday, January 29th after our LifeTeen Mass.) please send your $20.00 to the parish office.      Your support is appreciated.

WHY CATHOLIC?  SIGN UP TODAY

Have you ever been in a situation where you have been asked about your faith and been at a loss to explain why you believe what you believe?

Beginning in Lent 2012 our parish will participate in

WHY CATHOLIC? Using the Catechism of the Catholic Church, scriptural references, and reflection questions,

WHY CATHOLIC? covers four pillars of Catholic faith; belief, sacraments, morality, and prayer.

WHY CATHOLIC? participants will meet in small community on a day of the week and at a time that works for their own schedule. For example; Lifeteen parents may meet while the teens are at Pizza & Prayer. Parents of school age children might opt to meet mornings while the kids are in school. We can accommodate your schedule. For more info, please contact Ellen McDonough at (781) 826-4303 or emcdonough@stmaryshanover.com or stop by the Why Catholic table in the hospitality room.

The Bible study is taught via video by Catholic theologian and author Jeff Cavins and explored in small group discussion.
